Daniel Rackowski


Senior Fellow for EU Affairs


Daniel Rackowski joined the Institute in 2004. He holds a LLB (Hons) in Law and a LLM in Public International Law and International Relations. His areas of interest are international humanitarian law, transatlantic relations, the Middle East and the EU's ESDP. He speaks German, English, French and Hebrew.
